Reading Your Results

Each screen under Visibility in the app sidebar answers one question about your brand. This page walks through them in order.

Filters on Every Screen#

Most result screens share the same filter bar:

  • Date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. The default is the last 30 days.
  • Engine: All engines, or one engine. It appears when you track more than one engine.
  • Location: All locations, or one location. It appears when you track more than one location.

Numbers such as "+4 pts vs previous period" compare the selected range with the range of the same length right before it. See Metrics Explained for the details.

Overview#

Overview is your home screen. The header shows your domain, when the last check ran and when the next one is due. Owners and admins see a Run Check Now button here.

Five tiles sit at the top:

  • Visibility: the share of answers that mention you.
  • Share of Voice: your mentions out of all tracked brands.
  • Average Position: where you appear when an answer names you.
  • Sentiment: how answers describe you, from -100 to +100.
  • Citations of Your Pages: how many times answers linked to your site.

Below the tiles you find these cards:

  • Visibility Trend: each brand's visibility per check day.
  • Share of Voice: mentions split across your tracked brands.
  • Visibility by Engine: your numbers next to the strongest competitor on each engine.
  • Biggest Changes: the questions where your visibility moved most since the previous period.
  • Recent Alerts: your 5 latest alerts. Filters don't apply to this card.

If AI engines stated something that contradicts your saved key facts, a banner shows how many wrong facts appeared in the period. Select View Answer to read the latest one.

Answers#

Answers shows the full text of every answer an engine gave. Use it to read exactly what a buyer sees.

Besides the shared filters, you can filter by one question and by whether the answer mentions you. The list shows 25 answers per page, newest first. Each row shows Mentioned #2, Not mentioned or Pending while the answer waits for analysis.

When you open an answer, you see:

  • Highlights: every tracked brand's name and variations in that brand's color. Hover a highlight to see the brand. Links to your own site appear in bold.
  • Mentions: each named brand with its position, its sentiment and the sentence that supports it. If competitors appear but you don't, select See Why You Lost.
  • Wrong Facts: statements that contradict the key facts you saved, with the correct fact.
  • Sources: the pages the answer cites, numbered in order, with a type such as Review Site or Reddit. Your pages carry a Your Page badge.
  • Fan-Out Searches: the web searches the engine ran to write the answer. Not every engine reports them.
  • Products: products the answer shows, with position, price, rating and any issues. It appears for online stores with a connected catalog.
  • Details: the engine, the location, when the answer was collected and whether it came from a scheduled, manual or first check.

Competitors#

Competitors compares your brand with each competitor on the same questions and engines. Owners and admins can select Manage Competitors to edit the list.

  • Side by Side: visibility, share of voice, position, sentiment and citations for every brand, plus visibility per engine. Your row is shaded.
  • Visibility Trend: the same chart as on Overview.
  • Head to Head: one row per question and one column per brand. Each cell shows how often the brand appears and its average position. Rows where a competitor appears and you don't carry a You Are Missing badge and come first. Choose Only questions you miss to see only those gaps.

Sources#

Sources shows the sites and pages AI engines cite when they answer your questions. Get your brand mentioned on those sites, or publish a stronger page than the one they cite.

  • By Type: citations grouped into Yours, Competitor, Review Site, Reddit, News, Video, Social, Reference and Other. Select a type to filter the other lists. Select it again to clear the filter.
  • Top Domains: the 12 most cited domains. Your domain and competitors show in their brand colors.
  • Top Cited Pages: every cited page with its type, how often it was cited, and for how many questions and engines.

Pages#

Pages shows which of your own pages AI engines cite, and which they never cite. You can also filter by page type, such as Blog, Guide or Product.

  • Cited Pages: your pages that answers linked to, with times cited, questions, engines and AI Readiness. AI Readiness is the page's latest page audit score out of 100. Select a page to see the questions and engines that cite it.
  • Never Cited: known pages with no citations in the period. Select Audit to check why.

Products#

Products appears only when your site type is an online store. It shows your catalog sources, the products AI engines recommend, competing products and wrong prices or stock. See Online Stores for the full guide.

When a Screen Is Empty#

A screen stays empty until a check has collected answers. What you see depends on the situation:

  • Your first check is running…: answers appear as each engine responds. A check takes a few minutes.
  • No answers match these filters: pick a longer date range, or another engine or location.
  • Your last check failed: owners and admins can run it again.
  • No answers yet: an owner or admin needs to run the first check.
