Reports and Exports

Share your results as a printable report, a scheduled email or CSV files. Open Reports in the app sidebar to find all three.

Printable Report#

    Pick a period

    Under Report and Exports, choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.

    Open it

    Select Open Report. You can narrow it to one engine or location with the filters at the top.

    Save it

    Select Save as PDF to open your browser's print dialog. Choose to save as PDF or print it.

The report includes:

  • Visibility, Share of Voice, Average Position and Sentiment, with the change since the previous period.
  • Visibility Trend and Share of Voice for every tracked brand.
  • Top Cited Sources: the 10 domains answers cited most.
  • By Engine: answers, visibility, change, position and sentiment per engine.
  • Questions Won and Questions Lost: the top 5 of each.
  • Fixes Shipped in the period.

Scheduled Reports#

Owners and admins can email a visibility summary on a schedule, with a link to the full report.

  1. Under Scheduled Report, pick a Frequency: Weekly, Mondays at 08:00 UTC or Monthly, on the 1st at 08:00 UTC.
  2. Enter up to 10 Recipients, separated with commas.
  3. Turn on Send on schedule and select Save Schedule.

Weekly reports cover the last 7 days. Monthly reports cover the last 30 days. If a check is running at send time, the report waits for it to finish, so it includes that day's answers.

The email shows your four headline numbers, the top 3 questions you gained and lost, and the fixes you shipped.

Select Send Now to email the report to the saved recipients at once. You can send one report every 10 minutes.

CSV Exports#

Every member can download raw data as CSV files. Pick a period under Report and Exports, then select Download CSV next to an export:

Each file holds up to 50,000 rows and opens in Excel and other spreadsheet apps. Dates are in UTC.
